ACOM’s Marshallese Leadership Programs empower Marshallese people of all ages to lead with courage, culture, and purpose. From youth to elders, our leadership pathway honors the belief that every generation carries wisdom and responsibility. Through our Tolemour Youth Leadership Program, students gain mentorship, scholarship support, and guided pathways toward higher education and meaningful careers. At the same time, ACOM uplifts adult and community leaders through cultural education, advocacy training, and opportunities to serve. Rooted in Marshallese values of collective strength, wisdom, and service, our programs build confidence in identity while developing the skills needed to thrive in today’s world. By nurturing leadership at every stage of life, ACOM strengthens families and ensures our community continues to rise together across generations.
